Quality Gates
  • Our goal is to achieve the highest quality for your products through our 4-level quality checks. Every stage of the manufacturing process is reported digitally through our in-house developed software.

Gate 1: Check Current Process

  • The output in the current process will be examined and digitally reported.
  • The report can be created automatically via machines or manually by employees.

Gate 2: Check Previous Process

  • The employee can check the output and information of the previous process to find mistakes or gain additional knowledge.

Gate 3: Double Check

  • If the process involves more than one employee, the output and report will be revised by others as well.

Gate 4: Examination of All Process + Documentation

  • The Quality Specialist will examine and document all the final product.
